Our Process
Start by completing our interest form below to share more about your program, community, and goals. This helps us begin the relationship with intention and ensures our work is aligned from the start.
Step 1: Connect & Share
We’ll schedule a 30–60 minute conversation to get to know each other, explore your strengths, challenges, and dreams, and discuss what’s already working well. This is a collaborative space to reflect, ask questions, and determine how we can best support your vision.
Step 2: Learn & Align
Together, we’ll co-create a customized plan that builds on your existing strengths and introduces evidence-based, culturally responsive, and community-aligned practices. Our goal is to support sustainable growth through strategies that are both effective and deeply rooted in your program’s values and community context.
